On April 3r, 2011 I was at the store purchasing about 15 items and there was only one cashier line open. When I asked if another clerk was going to open, she (Liz sales associate) proceed to tell as soon as she got off the phone. I have ordered Zumba DVDs from this company. It wasn't obvious at the beginning where the company was operating from. I just knew when the payment went through in Chinese Currency. We rented a car trough the internet via Transavia and pre-payed it at home with iDeal. Arriving at the desk of Holiday Cars at Gatwick Airport we found that they did not give us the car before we gave our creditcard. We do not own a creditcard so we did not get our car. We pre-payed euro 234, 00 with iDeal. If we wanted another car we had to pay again for the rent of the car and an additional 250 pounds for surety. Hotel is charging me for a room for April 3rd, 2011 which I never booked. This is the 2nd time. I had booked a room in 2010 for April 3rd. At the time it was Comfort Inn. I received an email from Comfort Inn saying the hotel had changed hands and if I would like to cancel I should contact the new hotel directly. Complaint is about my latest bill with Consumers energy gas company in Michigan. They billed me with a guesstimate for the months of January and February, I called in to record an actual reading to make sure I wouldn't be over-billed later. Two years ago we downloaded Cyberdefender's free software to protect against computer viruses. My husband upgraded our package and subscribed to a two year service contract for $254. I paid 800 dollars on an account I had with them, and when I asked them if they had any record of the payments that I had been paying for a good 6 months, they up and said they had no record of any payments. I summed up the receipts to a total of 800 dollars in payments that they up and just lost.
