I ordered a FREE sample and put $4.97 for shipping on my visa from Emergency Food. I never received the food and noticed a $99.98 charge on my Visa a few hours ago. I called them and they did agree to reverse the charge of $99.98 in 7 to 10 business days. I am going to call back to have them reverse the $4.97 charge as well. I had a very hard time understanding the lady that I talked to. She had a very heavy Asian accent. I too have received harrassing calls from ACS stating that I owe a payday loan, which is false. They repeatly contact my place of employment making threats like I am going to jail and they are going to sue my employer. I know that this is a SCAM and some people will actually fall for this scam.
