These guys are fraud..they gave me an available date for pick up..no one picked up my car on that day then on Friday that week got a call that It will not be picked up and as it was weekend it was there till Sunday and had to leave my car with the neighbor... After enquiring again they told same answers every time that they are not able to find a driver so I had to wait for two more weeks and than gave the contract to other vendor who did the job in 2 days. I bought a Die Hard battery for my motorcycle on Saturday 3/19. Got it home and directions say add the included acid but acid was already put into battery and sealed. I thought maybe Sears does it for safety reason since it is acid. Well it turns out battery will not work on bike, cables will not connect with terminals. A China based company out to scam you out of your money. NOTE any company that accepts Western Union/ Money Gram is likely a hoax. It's only advised you only remit payment to a company that accepts VISA. MC, AMXEX, or if not, PayPal. Just have a third party in which can get you your money back such as PayPal or your Bank Institution. I received my product on the 4th of March and the same day requested a Return Authorization Number so I could send it back. Who buys just one section of a steamer, without a base for it? The photo shows a complete steamer and they put a note in, saying, "Image may not depict product color, inclusions or accessories." I never considered the bottom of a steamer to be an accessory. So today is the 21st of March and still no RA number so they can take my $26.90 deduct about $10 for shipping and deduct 30% for restocking. The dealership is involved in unfair practices. They sell the same car to two different customers. The dealership, promise false price to bring customer in and then auction the car to the highest bidder.
