Ordered 5 walkers through Alibaba.com from Venture Sales based out of Malaysia. I sent them deposit via Western Union. Shortly after, Alibaba delisted the seller due to fraudulent sales. I was releived when they sent me a tracking number for a shipment via Universal Delivery Sales, which I now believe to be a fake freight company, based out of Malaysia. Almost every single time they called, it was after 17:00 which is after their office hours and are unable to be reached. The first deception was that you were invited to attend a seminar on how you travel. There was NO indication that you'd be walking into a sales pitch. Second, Kirk, (a high energy guy) repeated over and over that no high pressure sales attempts would be made. Money was extracted from our visa card using an unauthorised paypal transaction. Payment made to seller-name ZYNGAMENE, using the same ID number as another complaint on this page; ending 7733. We've had the visa card for a long time with no known problems, but had used Paypal twice in the previous month. One of the transactions was to buy an item from an ebay seller in the USA. Since 2009 I have sent emails to try and cancel my registration with Justanswer. Even after my attempts to cancel, my account was billed (without my authority) $19 three times for a single technical advise on photocopier repairs which I didnt accept in the first place and I want a full refund. This group should be shut down permanently as they are costing me (and others) without good reason. My mom who is close to 90 had an annuity with Genworth for over 20 years. When it came due, they told her they would notgive her another annuity because of her age, she had the option of annuitizing (at no interest ) or cashing out. She choose to cash out to pay medical bills and they threw a $1500 cash out fee at her, eventhough the contract expired. Most of this international calling cards are a rip off. My sisters and I wanted to try out Proactiv. After the first box, we decided we didn't like it. Then, the Proactiv system kept on coming to our house. We kept on writing, "Return To Sender." I bought PaperPort 12 from Fry's Electronics on 03/04/2011 for $59.99 - I tried to instal the software on a computer running Windows XP and it is not installing. I had to reinstalled the older version 7. 0 in order to get back to my saved files and it is working fine. My husband purchased an item and was double billed for it. He simply tried to have the unauthorized charge remove. The Manager (the Pakistan man) was so nasty we had to contact the corporate office. When my husband told him he was going to complain to the corporate office he told him he was not allowed back in the store. This is the United States and it DOES NOT work that way. This is one of the most crooked companies on the internet and in the country. This company sends people defective and even physically broken items purposely. And in order to make money when a person returns an item they do not refund shipping expenses. Michael & Son (a heating and plumbing contractor) charged me $455.00 to replace a limit switch (online colst: $26.00) on my furnace in December, then it broke down a couple of weeks later, and another contractor came and told me they hadn't fixed the problem, which was the pump needed replacing.
