Car mechanic made claim aproximately at 9:00 am on 10/28 waiting for fax or phone call approval. Received call back at 5:15 pm stating not to touch car until inspector comes by the following day. This party bus company is by far the worst one I have ever dealt with. They were a reasonable price, but when the bus arrived we found out the driver didn't know how to get anywhere except the 2 bars/clubs we had mentioned.
