From the recent smowstorms in the MId-Atlantic are in Feburary, we all know what accumulation we have gotten. Well as I was driving my car with my family on Valentines day all of sudden my car exhaust system broke and the sound was horrible. The Thompson Service Department could not figure out what was wrong with my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It began in Feb of 2007. 4 Radiators, 1 heater core, 1 blendor and many, many, many heating system flushes and 3 years gone by they finally figured out the head gasket had blown out on the vehicle. I bought a 2006 GMC Denali from this car agency. I drove it to Palm Springs. The next morning, the rear end of the car was 4 to 5 inches lower than the front end. The vehicle suspension system had collapsed. I had to spend $831.92 on the installation of a new air suspension compressor. When I first called the car agency to ask how to fix the problem they were cooperative. But when I called and told them the cost to fix the problem no one would even return my calls. These are one of the most dishonest and arrogant used car sales people I have ever meet. We called them in January to inquire about a Certified Pre-Owned Porsche. We told them we wanted a CPO and that their price was $2000 over our budget. They refused to negotiate. If you sign up for this Extended Warranty you will be giving away from $1500 to $3000. I signed up only on the condition that I could cancel with 100% money back if I chose not to take it, after looking the warranty contract over. They tried to charge me a fee for canceling but I had them recorded and the sales person recorded that I could get a 100% no fee money back deal.

I just recently got off the phone with TKA and i am very upset. First off, let it be known that i do owe and was paying on time. It got crazy when they tried to take payment before the agreed upon date and the funds weren't there and caused me a $35 fee. On the 14th of January 2010 I've registered a vechicle accident claim wiht ABSA i-direct. I'm still waiting!! The car has been to the panelbeaters to be assesed by the assessor. The owner/mechanic has charged for work he did not perform on my vehicle. He claimed to have changed my oil, topped off fluids, lubricated doors, checked brakes, and added cleaner for fuel tank. He has not performed this work but has charged me for it and my car has not had any cooler added nor is the oil clean. He refunded $1000 of the $1400 he charged when I learned that some parts were not changed as he alleged. He never discussed with me the work he would do and he did not give me parts back. i work in downtown houston and the company i work for does not provide parking. so either you pay to park in one of the surrounding lots or like most of us we park on the street a couple of blocks from the job. being as i didn't wanna pay up to $11 mon-wed for parking and then $5 for saturday parking (sunday the meters are free so i park on the street by a meter) i decided like most of the employees to park on the street.

I have own a corolla altis car after two weeks from delivery date i have complained about large quantity of carbon deposit on the alloy wheels. The dealer neglected by saying it is not a fault. after 5000 KM. of running i again said the same complaint which i have seen increasingly. They have done break drum skimming and replacement of break pads the problem still persists.

Was a customer with Freeway for about 2 months because i got lured in with the lowballing that was done over the phone. Got lucky and only paid 100 for a brokers fee, but that very minimal compared to what others got charged. This company is total BS. Their agents are crooks. If you want real insurance, go with Titan. I, Rambir Singh, have a Indane Gas Connection (No. 9610). I had booked for refilling a gas on 15/02/2010 to my distributor agency (Dwarka Indane Gas) through IVRS. They booked my gas and I get a booking no. is 17. I have not received my gas then I call my distributor (Dwarka Indane Gas), they said that your gas was not booked earlier so we are booking your gas now i.e. on 17/02/2010.
I am not satisfied with the services of Dwarka Indane Gas Agency . I am very frustrated.
The necessary action should be taken against the agency for consumer discomfort.

I could hear some type of loose debris (sounded like a pebble) rolling around in my sunroof as I was driving. I dropped my car off at the Infiniti of Chantilly dealership so they could diagnose the problem and remove the debris. I feared that if I attempted to open the sunroof myself (using the power sunroof button) that it would likely jam on whatever debris was in the sunroof.
