Carbone Honda of Utica, NY sold me an '09 Fit 10 months ago. Part of the deal was that they would install an aftermarket cruise control when one became available. One (or more) have been out for months now and, despite repeated calls, Carbone has neither installed it nor refunded my money- they made both promises, at various times. I own a Palio 1.9 D, which had already, ran 79400 Kms. I never had problems with my vehicle and it was kept near perfection by having good maintenance. I purchased a 2006 ford fusion september of 2006, the car was great for 4 months and then the wiring harness went bad and had to be replaced, then with 51, 000 miles on the car the transmission went bad, the local dealer replaced that under warrenty, they had the car for almost 3 months doing that. On Feb 14, 2010 I got a very sour experience at the Auto Service Centre, Canadian Tire #611. My van required brakes replacement and service. The told me that they will perform the diagnostic first which cost $30.00. If I opt for the work and their estimate they will not charge me the diagnostic fee. On Saturday Febuary 6th we decided to buy a new work truck. We went down to CARL BURGER DODGE in La Mesa. We found one we liked a 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 4X4. It only had 31 miles on it. Brought it 1 Year back Swift Lxi 2008 driven 19000Km as of now. Here are my few observations. Pros: 1. A/c works fine. (not extraordinary compared to Accent or Indica) 2. Car has stable ride @ high speeds 3. Acceleration is good but it does drop a little bit with A/c switch ON. 4. I purchased a remote fill PRC Remote Master Cylinder Reservoir from SRS. After numerous calls and emails (with no response) ... I asked that part be cancelled and my credit card credited. Well after 4 weeks, the part show up, I have a rod builder install it and it doesn't work! Tried numerous phone calls and emails AGAIN ... NO RESPONSE! I purchased a thumb assist to install on my ATV or 4-wheeler generally known as a thumb saver which is supposed to reduce fatigue when the vehicle is used for extended periods of time. I installed it per instructions and it worked freely and everything appeared to be in order.
