Brought car in on 1/12/2010 to have diagnostic test ran. Chose to pick car up and not have repair done by Plainfield automotive. Paid the OUTRAGEOUS $187 for cost of diagnostics. Car was not in same condition it was when i dropped it off. It wouldn't start, had to have it towed to new location where repairs were made. Mechanic informed me spark plug wires were switched by mechanics at Plainfield automotive and clips were not re-attached hence the reason the car would not start and had to be towed. read full review »

I purchased a 5 year extended warranty on an atv from a dealer in AZ about 4 years ago. This warranty was explained to me as I could perform my own maintenance and add any aftermarket parts. I brought my Daughters car to these scammers and I was told the price to fix my fender would be a couple hundred dollars. I own 2001 BMW X5 which was purchased in November 2007 as a used vehicle. I have been experiencing a serious problem with my front doors freezing in the winter. This is my 3rd winter that my 2001 x5 door locks are frozen in sub zero temperature. In cold weather the doors freeze up not allowing access in or out of the vehicle. We rented a car for a week from Hertz at the Manchester Airport. When we returned the car we filled it with petrol at the gas station at the airport. We drove out of the station and into the car park where we returned the car.
