I just now got my oil changed at Mr. Lubie, the sign at the street in front of the business clearly stated oil change $22.99. However when I got the bill the oil change was priced at $35.99. When I complained I was told that the sale price was only for a certain kind of oil and they didn't ask if people wanted that oil and didn't tell them if they ordered a different kind of oil. On September 1st, 2009, I turn in my vehicle in for repairs at wade #1 in Waco, TX; I was authorized by State Farm insurance company claims department to take a rental vehicle from enterprise while repairs were done to my vehicle. I was asked to live a deposit of $50.00 for a car rental, which I did with a credit card. I returned the vehicle on September 3rd, 2009 and I was then informed by the enterprise agent that a $200. 00 hold had been placed on my credit card. purchased a full tank of gas (gas light was on and i was basically running on fumes). Total tank came to $40.01. Brand new 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. About 20 minutes later, car started bucking and shaking. Went to dealer - had car looked at and gas tested - contaminated gas - alcohol level was at 15%, which is much higher than they NYState standard. Also hydrometer was .738 heavy. Went in with a strange noise that was quickly diagnosed as a bad bearing in my alternator. 3 hours and $400 dollars they charged me and still made no difference in the noise. I bought a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and had numerous problems with them. First they put an improper color for the custom leather interior we had them do. They refused to pay to put the correct color in and it still looks bad. Then we had a problem with their alarm system not working properly (constant falses). My daughter and I went to the shop to get a routine transmission fluid change and that is exactly what I wanted. He asked me if I wanted my transmission flushed. Merchant performed services which were not authorized. All the services performed were incorrectly or poorly performed. None of them actually fixed anything that was requested. Merchant incorrectly diagnosed the transmission and electrical problems. These were subsequently fixed correctly elsewhere. On Aug 18th at 11:45 arrived at Tires Pluse requested for tire to be patched we agreed to the excessive charge of $25.00. Do not do business with these scumbags. They sold me what was supposed to be a completely rebuilt engine. Come to find out nothing was rebuilt. The engine would not inject oil and I found out that it was the two nylon gear that drives the oil pump was never replaced and never worked the day I bought it. They refused to do anything about it. They do not keep their word, change their stories every five minutes and so on. My car has been damaged by hale and almost two months later it is not fixed yet.
