Today I went to a BP gas station near my work on my lunch break. I pre-paid inside for $20 worth of fuel and I also purchased an item inside the store. That's the whole reason I paid inside, so I wouldn't have to use my credit card twice (once at the pump and once inside). I had received a call from our fleet manager asking for our receipts and records for a particular federal vehicle to find out why there were services optained in another state that was out of our juristiction. Come to find out that they had called GSA recieved a repair order and charged for repairs and services for my vehicle that was never received. They are incompetent, do not care about their customers, and will try to rip off college students in a heartbeat. In July 2009, I was involved in an automobile wreck with a party who was insures with Traveler's Insurance. There was no doubt as to who was at fault. I purchased (4) of the Douglas GT 215x65x16 tires on 3/23/09. I drove the car home and found that the external noise from the tires is excessive. In reviewing the consumer report I found that is have been a chronic problem with the tire for a long period of time. Repair work was authorized in March of 2009 by Heritage Warranty Group. Faxed all requested paperwork by Warranty company and never received payment. Called several times and spoke with different customer reps and have been given the same answer...their company is about a year behind on claim payments. My vehicle was recently towed by this company and once I reached the location to retrieve my 1972 Chevy Impala the person at the desk whom wouldnt give me his name was very disrespectful and treated me as if I were his child or beneath him. Farmers Inaurance has been rated as the worst company for handling claims in a fair, timely, and competent manner. Multiple complaints exist for bad faith, stalled payments, denials, stonewalling, etc etc etc. Neither Farmers Insurance nor their agents are ever to be trusted. A simple search on "Ethel's Bill HB 2415" or "Christoffersen University Place Farmers" will show how little anyone can trust Farmers to follow through on their insurance obligations. I purchased a 50cc ATV for my son, I received a 110cc ATV which gets flats all the time (not even beeing riden) has trouble starting and the wheel bearings were bad within the first 30 days.
