Titans Car Rental
Max May 8, 2009
I rented a car from Titans at the Montreal location but when I arrived to pick it up, there was no car available for me. After waiting 15 minutes for a car to come in, the manager at Titans suggested that I rent a car from another rental place and that he would refund me the difference in cost. He proceeded to book another vehicle online on my behalf, and informed me that I would be reimbursed for using his suggestion. After returning from my trip, I emailed and faxed all the documents and receipts and was always given a response that... read full review »

You towed my son's car from the Taco Bell parking lot across from the Kansas City Royals stadium. He ate lunch there and walked across the street to the game. Even though he should not have parked there, you have a major scam going with the Taco Bell corporate office of which you towed from Kanasa City, MO out to Raymore in some dump of a place. There was a tow lot within 10 miles from the stadium but you have a deal which I am sure you and Taco Bell split the huge profit of the $205.00 you charged him for a tow. Unbelievable. I have... read full review »

They TRIED TO RIP ME OFF!!! I took it there for an oil change, simply job unscrew a couple bits screw together and fill. WRONG they manage to royally mess it up. They stripped the threads in the oil pan, for non tech savy people that means they need to replace the oil pan! This is because the bolt cannot be removed to tightened its just stuck leaking oil about a drop every 3 seconds. When I took it back they should've repaired it for free. Instead they said we'll charge you cost of the part 440 but willing to work with you and... read full review »

I was promised they had hundreds of people trying to buy vehicles just like mine and they would help me sell it in less than 30 days. In over 6 months I have had zero offers on my vehicle, even though I lowered the price some $7, 000 less than their recommended sales price. The business is a fraud, as they promise one thing and deliver NOTHING. read full review »

Thompson's Low Price Center
Dominic May 7, 2009
I purchased a vehicle at Thomspson's Low Price Center in Modesto, CA on January 24, 2009. Everything went well until I received a vehicle registration bill in the mail in March stating that I needed to pay $343.00 for the vehicle registration. I pulled out my vehicle purchase contract and saw where I paid $500.00 for my vehicle registration. I've called Thompson's Low Price Center to speak with the owner, Jesse to see if he could assist me with this problem. I went to the following Firestone location: Firestone Complete Auto Care 17912 Ventura Blvd Encino, CA 91316 (818) 343-0352 I spent $170 on changing my front brakes, and was supposed to get "organic" brake pads, which are the best kind. I went back 3 times because the brakes kept making a noise when I braked. After the 3rd time I went there, they fixed it and the noise went away. 8 months later, the brake pads started to make a grinding noise . I went to Brake Masters (to get a second opinion), and they told me the anti-shem part of... read full review »

Swifty
Debbie May 7, 2009
The Kokomo Swifty Gas Station is a "feeding frenzy" when their prices are lower than other stations. Patrons have to unsafely get in line on U.S. 31 to await their turn into the station. There is no one in charge of those people patiently waiting in line for their turn, nor anyone who polices it. The attendants pay no attention to vehicles who "cut in line" and the patrons are getting upset. Bigger cities have shootings over this type of occurrence. With the very high unemployment rate in Kokomo, and uncertainty of jobs, people... read full review »

Again, we brought in our car. This time they said they'll charge us 950.00 only for the parts and again, they'll charge us whatever initial cost which will expect to cost about 1500 in total for whatever charge they want to put. They sell people cars that are financed through Credit Acceptance with a high interest rate, which i suppose is to be expected. I was looking at a 2000 chevy tracker with 88k miles.
