Car was towed in for repair, recieved damage on lot. The vehicle was accepted without looking the car over before typing up the order, he admitted on his own accord. Service manager said they were not liable because it is a public lot. Had to call 3 times to get them to check security cameras and call me back. Called the owner of Mile One and he said this is unfortanate and offered to split the repair with me. Knowing they probably double the price of repairs to the customer the only thing he offered was to not make a profit on damage they possibly caused. I have been unemployed for 13 months now, and got behind 2 car payments, the collection people I have worked with have been somewhat agreeable that although I was behind I managed one payment per month. Their first tiered collection group have not but called me many times a day stating that they will continue until I was caught up. My agreement with the main collection people did not matter. Losing my job and trying to keep my car, has amounted no more than harrassement, something that sent me into treatment for severe depression. I have had a few repairs done under warranty and they were paid directly the repair provider. Today, they are telling me to pay the repair and they will reimburse me. Like many other parents, I booked a driving lesson for my daughter's 17th birthday ( 2 weeks in advance). She was excited about the lesson and organised the day around the lesson. UHaul Truck Rental, The Alameda, San Jose, CA I rented a 27' truck for a local move on 29 Oct 2004 assuming the truck to be serviceable. I was mistaken. This dealership tries to have you overpay by not giving you all the information on possible rebates and incentives. I had to remind the sales person the sales Manager that they had forgotten to apply the applicable rebates/incentives. I went to pump gas on an Arco gas station on Avalon and 213th St, in the city of Carson, paid on the automatic payment machine outside $30 in total. Apparently only $10 went through according to the cashier but it shows $20 for change but he wouldnt give me my change or let me pump $20 of gas. He told me to leave my number and IF they went OVER when they open the machines( which is two days later), they might give me a call. Took my vehicle in for services at the Bryant Exxon Mobile in Bryant Arkansas on the I-30 Service Road. Pat is the Mechanic. I told him I wanted to have Brakes on the front but not to put some cheap run of the mill brakes on there. He said okay. Rotors if needed, which he called and said I did, so I okayed. I purchased a car from JD by Ryder in 04 I pulled the car off the lot with the Check Engine light on and a promise it would be fixed. I paid $600.00 extra to Lund Cadillac for Gap Insurance on a 2004 Cadillac. The Co., Cna National Warranty Co., of Scottsdale Az. accepted the money, and sent me a small booklet, showing the car had Gap Insurance in effect. We purchased a Siena Van and let the salesman and finance person talk us into a lease. We had never leased a vehicle and told them so and explained we were very unfamiliar with leasing. We placed an order for a center cap on 3/26, for $34.99! The site indicated it would ship in 72 hours. We attempted to contact them 4 hours later as this price is double what is customary for this product. They will not provide a phone number on their site, stating they respond quickly to emails. Multiple emails were sent requesting this order to be canceled. On 3/30 we received an emailing saying it was shipped. We had our oil changed on one of our cars and right when we got it hope it started leaving oil really bad. We took it back to speedy oil and told them what happened. They checked it out and said the oil pan was stripped. They said we have to get a new oil pan from the junkyard and bring it back to them and they would put it on for $70-$80 bucks. We had our friends mechanic look at it and come to find out it wasnt stripped at all. He put a new gasket and new drain plug in it and it works just fine.
