Mother never left California in fact Mother has alhemizier and dont drive. Vehicle mwas purchase in Union City Ga...and a recerational vehicle at that!!! We all know who the victim is Sharon Worthy...who is not worthy to live on the street, she should be locked up on prision for taking advantage of seniors. While watching a tech doing an oil change on my car recently, I noticed that he wiped off my old oil filter instead of changing it.(He didn't notice me watching him).When i confronted him he denied not changing my filter and produced and old filter obviously not from my car as evidence that he had.I also spoke to the so called "Manager" and he dismissed my complaint and asked me to pay my bill and leave.I will NOT be back. read full review »

Yesterday i have been to Honda carland, Roswell, GA to buy a car after talking on the phone to a Sales person named Kevin. The sales person asked me on the phone to come to the dealer’s showroom and they will negotiate the price though i wanted to finalize on the phone, as I did not want to waste my time negotiating the price. I leased a 2000 Beetle from this dealership and they were horrible. They overcharged or at least over quoted on everything. They wanted to charge me for doing work on the recalled oxygen sensor! They forgot to fill up the antifreeze and coolant and the car overheated driving off the lot. They said I could have filled it with water!!! Just a horrible service department. When paying for my carwash, the cashier repeatedly asked me for my credit card PIN number. I explained that a PIN wasn't necessary for a credit card transaction. He seemed annoyed with me, and after shuffeling around papers, etc., he finally completed my payment and returned my card. The following day my bank called me to advise me of attempted unauthorized use of my credit card for amounts over $1500. I immediately canceled my card and instructed them not to accept any charges. Ride Safely sells vehicles by auction on line and claims you are buying directly from the insurance auction. They refuse to disclose the Vehicle Identification Number or who or what you are bidding against or even verify the mileage. They also tell you they cannot get you a damage report so at least you know what you are dealing with. Had my truck listed in the Auto Trader, got a call from these con-artists informing me they had financed buyers for my vehicle, skeptical at first but I was stupid enough to sign up. I didn't receive a single call from the 'BUYERS' or any party for that matter. Now fighting to get my money back. Their site says they have local offices across the country but neither the Calgary BBB or Chamber of Commerce could confirm anything with me. The owners name is Chris and he is from Portugal, he was a partner in this shop and cheated Mr Gehringer out of his share. Chris then started to buy and sell cars wholesale and started to cheat there too by not paying the people he bought the cars from. Furthermore he cheats a buyer by rolling back the odometer and when he sells it he signs the form 'actual mileage unknown' to protect himself. I spent around $1000 with this company to order parts for my 1979 Trans Am. One of the parts I ordered was a headliner. I specifically said I needed a headliner for a 1979 Trans Am. They shipped a headliner for a 1970-1974 Trans Am which is nothing like what I needed. I called them to tell them they made an error and I would need to exchange it. I only choose one star because no star was not an option. I specifically called before to make sure my outside funding with bank of america would be honored. After dealing with an incompetent, unknowledgeable sales person. I finally sat down for financing. They would only work with their own overpriced financing at 8% for a credit score of 772??? I was sold a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire for my daughter to start her schooling with. She was with me at the car dealers. When we should up to see the car, the salesman mentioned he had started the car and warmed it up for the test drive. The weather was pretty cold. We drove the car, it seemed ok, but I had questions about the bump noise when it went into gear. I’m also financed with Peak5 Flatiron. They are very rude and disrespectful. I experienced a similar situation. I paid a few times late myself. Not, months behind or nothing like that, maybe two weeks late here and there. I explained my situation, that it was financial hardship. The customer service rep. yelled at me and began to tell me If I were to be late again he’s going to report me to the credit bureau and repo my car. Brought in a ford F-550 truck that had stop running on the interstate I-49. pulling a twenty foot equipment trailer with equipment. We had it towed in. When signing in the truck I explaned the problem to the manager of the service center . He said it sounded like the high pressure oil sencor was bad. I told him to check the coolant system because it looked like it was starting to run warm. I ask how long it would take to fix .he said no longer than two day. I was charged $109 on my card 5/08 for gas. my car does not hold that much gas, even at the prices of that time. I tried to file a complaint & get the charge revervsed on my card. it did not work. I did buy about $40 in gas about that time, but not no $109. then it came out later how someone hard hacked into the murphy oil credit card system & diverted some over charges into a hackers account. but that wal mart visa would not do anything about it. When it comes to the service department it is terrible we had service done to the vehicle and it was poor service the wait was long. At one time I used AAA for my car ins, and after not liking that I also had to pay a membership fee, I changed to a different insurance co. HOWEVER, AAA charged my checking account 77.95, just because they still had my debit card numbers. It has been more than 14 days since I complained, And I have not yet been reimbursed. Their excuse was the computer could be 3 hours late to show current order. I completed the customer form on the website. Looking to purchase a 302 (3.3L) engine block-claimed that they had one with 40K miles and in good shape with 90day warranty--turns out the engine has a blown cylinder ---tried to call them back, no answer--emailed them, no answer-- This company is total scam--do not stand behind there product, any warranties on parts are a joke seeing as you can' get them to answer their phone. I am the primary individual on my 2006 Chevy Equinox contract, but I have been divorced for a year. In my divorce decree, my x-wife stated she wanted full responsibility for the vehicle. I purchased a engine for my yamaha xj900, it came with a faulty starter clutch (gearbox) 1. It was not delivered as stated 2 to 3 days, but came in 2.1/2. weeks. I installed the engine and found the fault. Sounded great at the time. it is 5 months later several phone calls and even the $5 certified check that had to be mailed in and NOTHNG we have not received a penny. I am going through an issue with a bait and switch from St. Cloud Kia. I have a van sitting in my driveway that they sold us last Friday night then on Saturday they called and said the financing wouldn't go thru and it came down to us going in there and them trying to force us to buy a more expensive model.
