I took my vehicle into the dealership to have the timing set, radiator replaced, and new spark plugs put in. When I picked up my vehicle it still ran terrible and had a miss. The service manager told me to replace the plug wires and it would run great. So I did. My van still ran horrible. After a day my motor started knocking terribly and began backfiring. I have a 2005 Jeep Liberty. Today for the fifth time this year, I had to take time off to go to the dealership and have the rear window regulator fixed. I have been told there is no fix for this. Since my warranty ran out, I get to pay $107.00 everytime I have one break, and this is the third time in six months. Chrysler support person response to this was "Sorry, can't help you with that". Stay away from this rental company. Horrible Customer Serive & rip off. I rented truck from Sault ste. marie to Cartage, MO. ON the way of moving, i truck started making wierd & scarry noise and check engine sign came on. i had to made unneccessary stop to fix it. I had to stay overnight because of parts. After picking up my new car, I noticed that the right front tire was losing air. I brought the car in and was told that there was no leak. I have had to fill the tire every 4th day. When I called back several times I was told that honda tires are just sensitive. After not being able to find a station with a working air hose I finally brought it to my old mechanic. I am also tired of the same type of practices that seem to reverberate through this complaint forum. From receiving statements late or not at all, (I've gone as far as to call them when they are late and request a statement faxed or e-mailed which they refuse to do) to numerous daily collection calls, contacting my 86 year old father, threats of repo and being TOLD that I'm gonna pay via check by telephone immediately. Does anyone know if any class action steps are being taken and if so where do I sign on? And like many of you, never will a Chrysler product sit in my households driveway again. When i called in for my van service, the woman whom i spoke with said that if i bring my van for service within a particular time, i could take my van in a few hours. So i took my van there, and the woman said that you have leave the van and take it tomorrow. When i said that you said that i can take the van the same day, she lied saying that she didnt say that. And also the man near her said the same thing, and she was so rude in talking. Specialists can only be reached when you have no issues with the company.
