I purchased a 2008 Honda Silverwing in the later part of June 2008. This bike came with a blemish while rubbing against the crate during transport to the dealer. I don't believe I have ever been to this station before and that will be the last time. I went to get gas and I was going to fill up. Assuming all stations are pre-pay, I go in and pre-pay $50. I brought my car in to be washed. They charge $11.99. I had a coupon for $5.99 from one of their competitors (1/2 of what Ventura West charges.) Prior to ordering an engine I called the sales dept. to get an est. on how long it would take to get the engine. I was told by the salesman, "if I ordered it on a Monday, it would be shipped to me by Friday. The engine was ordered on 8/18/2008, today is 10/08/2008 and no engine has been shipped. I call almost daily and get no help. I did finally get to cancel the order. Now when I call about my money being refunded I am told there is no person I can talk to about when I'll get it back. These people have put us through a horrid experience. Starting when we purchased a vehicle through Bangor car care. Our payments were only suppose to be through a checking account. My parents purchased a brand new, only driven on and off the truck, KIA Spectra in 2006. I went through an Ebay transaction where Molitor Motorsports failed to fullfil their contractual obligations. January 16 2006 I puchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler fron Mike Shad. At that time I was sold and paid for a Daimler Chrysler Max Care Service contract in good faith at a cost of $2011.60. To date I have paid principal and interest on this plan. When I needed to use the service I was told the contract was no good. My chrysler 300c sways left&right in any kind of road. I asked the dealer to fix the problem & was informed theres nothing wrong at Darcar Chrysler marlow heights. Warranty, they didn't fix Jack. After four attempts for them to fix the toilet leak they stated they could not verify the leak even though the service adviser verified water behind the toilet every time. I filed bankruptcy and keep receiving letters from United nissan to come in a get a new car. I finally went in and they took my drivers license and keys and kept them until I said yes on a new car. 6 hours later I finally said yes and got a new car and drove off the lot with contract all signed at 16.25 %. I was stunned to learn that Porsche would not warranty the clutch on my 2007 Cayman S with less than 20, 000 miles. They say it is a wear out item like wiper blades and I should bend over to the tune of $3500. I believe my back window broke because the trunk on my ford focus always shut hard. My dealer in tn. will not pay 1 cent to have it fixed. I have bought 2 new cars at that dealer.
