All around thief and liar. This guy told me that he would fix my car. He gave me an estimate and asked me to give him the money based on the estimate that he had done. I did this because he said that he needed to purchase the parts to do the work AND the f***** took of with my money and did not do the work. I googled him and found out (after the fact) that he has done this before. I intend on taking him to court over this mostly because I want my money back and because he should go to jail for theft. I also contacted my bank about him forging... read full review »

Progressive
October 1, 2008
A Progressive client, dui did $50000 damage to my property and Progressive offered me a $28000 settlement--this is just another example of a large insurer with an in-house legal department that feels it can out-muscle the little guy--they are in for a big surprise. In the meantime do not buy insurance from this scam artist. read full review »

Excess wear and tear in the amount of 1075.00 that is ridiculous! The car is a mercedes slk350, sport car. There are tiny paint chips from driving the car to and from work on a main road. The car rides low to the ground and small chips occured as a course of normal wear...I took it to a body shop and he could not believe they considered this excess, questioning whether I may be confused! The dealer also has stated that US BANK has suspect inspection reports...they have not used them for 3 years due to customer complaints exactly like... read full review »

Alloy Wheel
October 1, 2008
Using the company website, I ordered a replacement all0y wheel. This was the second time I'd done it that summer and, in all honesty, the first time went reasonably well. The only hitch was the tracking number was missing a digit and customer service was definitely the worst I've ever dealt with, but the item did arrive as ordered and in a timely fashion so I was ready to forgive the customer service experience. Then I attempted to purchase a second alloy wheel. I did it the same way as I did on the first instance but when I received... read full review »

A rear tyre has been replaced that was perfectly good. 2. I've had the rollers replaced without request. 3. I've had all kinds of lies about ripped out fuel hoses, and a "faulty, " accelerator cable reported. I asked for nothing to be done about the accelerator cable as the costs now quoted at £350. This time an employee told me that they were going to call police on me because I am an irritate customer. I took my car in for an oil change, tune-up and anti-freeze replacement. All for about $150 estimated price. They ended up keeping my car for a week . Nobody knew what was going on. They ended up boring out the heads on the vehicle instead of replacing the thermometer. The total repair price was over $1, 400. They told me, "We're all here to make a profit." They have done this before on other items, but this was the last straw. If you go to the Better Business Bureaus website, you will see that they do this quite frequently.
