Kwik Kar, Eldorado Pkwy in McKinney. Was told there was a 45 minute wait to get inspection. I let them service it while I waited. $178.99 dollars later for a Brake Fluid Flush and Rear Differential Service, I was told the break & ABS lights were on and it would not pass inspection. I could drive it and it would be okay - but it wouldn't pass inspection. They were not on before I got there. I knew it was something they did or did not do. Moped came with a defective part. Took 2 weeks to get an acknowledgment. Sent the defective part back and six weeks later the wrong part was delivered. It takes days to get anyone to answer the phone, the folks who do answer the phone have no clue about what has been ordered or what to do for repairs. Story of my car... I leased a new 2008 Nissan Altima from Butler Nissan with 10 miles on it and my first time ever having a brand new car. Well, two months later we had flooding that took place all over Indiana. My car was a victim of it, not once, but twice. No systematic way for booking, informations needed to customers are not given correctly. I have been misbehaved by the staff. As these is the only agency from which our living area gets connection, we people have no other option to go. My Jeep was would not start. I called Tuttle and had them tow the Jeep to their shop for repair. The first problem I had with them is that they treated my Jeep like a 4wd (which it was not, I had to correct the tow driver when he was hooking up my vehicle). In all fairness Tuttle reported the problem as a sensor that needed repair that would cost about $116 (the tow and the sensor). That seemed fair. We had a gas tank on e (some gas still in tank) and put $10.00 of gas in the tank at $3.67 a gallon (as dvertised on gas pump). We got a half tank of gas. We went back a few days later and are gas gage was just above the red and we put in $15.00 worth of gas in at $3.63 a gallon (as advertised on gas pump) and got half a tank. I ordered running boards for my new truck over the phone and told the agent that my truck is extended cab. In an effort to help the agent locate this, he asked for a part number. We stopped in this dealership on Aug 22, 2008 to look for a used car & truck. We couldn't see any prices on the vehicles that we were interested in and no salesperson came out to help us. Although the camp is some what new, I attended the adult / child week end program. What I and other parents found it is not what it claims to be. I too have fallen victim to this company that is nothing but a bunch of scam artists. My nightmare began On 8-4-08 whenI ordered an atv from them and was told I would recieve a confirmation email within 24hours. I ordered a keyless remote for my Honda CRV a month ago. My credit card was charged and I received an email that the product was mailed via USPS 1st Class. Nothing has been delivered. All attempts to phone them just get an answering machine stating "all of our techs are out of the office or assisting other customers" with no option to leave a message and with instructions to email them.
