July 11, 2008 I stopped at the esso gas station on Fraser highway of the Langley by pass. I purchased $20 gas cash. I went out to pump it. Its shocking that their is a major manufacturing problem with my car under registration no. DL3CAQ4847 model santro E3XL which was bought from the samara hyundai's lajpat nagar showroom. 07/13/08, 18:44, Pump#07: Gas is at $4.71, and I'm noticing that the pump is registering more gas than I think I need. I click off and pull out the nozzle. Gas overflows out of my car, and gas is spewing out of the nozzle at full force. I flip up the lever at the pump, and it stops. The attendant insisted there's nothing defective about the shutoff mechanism--he says I just didn't put it in correctly. But the nozzle should stop when clicked off, and it did not. When I have gone to use my 20 cents or 30 cents off at the pumps for gas, it comes up no points. I know it only is good for 90 days, I bought some gift cards 2 weeks ago that brought my amount off gas to 30 cents a gallon. If the amount that was on the card before the 2weeks ago made it go past the 90 days (which I don't think it was) they should still leave the amount from the purchases of the past 2 weeks. This is the third and last time they will do this to me! I will buy my gift cards and other items from other stores in the area. Upon getting insurance for both and my wifes' motorcycle, we used the website. Had a few problems, and figured we'd call in, in the event something wasn't recorded correctly. The front driver side coil springs on my 2002 Ford Taurus snapped as I was backing the car up. It tore the tire (which was new) and the tire "exploded". Luckily I was not on the highway or I would have lost control. This is a HUGE problem with this vehicle and earlier models were recalled. I put out a part search on the internet for a front axle assembly for my 99 jeep. I was contacted by shane mauldin of salisbury used parts, said he had the part for $750. after some difficulty with the paypal transaction I was billed twice and paid twice for the same item.Well now there is no one answering the phones, and of course no axle asembly was delivered. I came in for express lube - and technicians/service rep told me I need tire rotation. They said it will take 45 mins to an hour. I waited for 4 hours on the lobby - nobody gave me an update until I looked for the technician. They fin ally finished and gave me back the car. Next day - the steering was wiggling/shaking. I ordered a set of rotors on April 9, 2008. I received set on June 10, 2008. Because I never heard from them for 2 month I bought a set from another ventor. I returned the package unopened on June 13, 2008. I was told by jennifer in customer service to fax the order as well as the return receipts to them and I would receive a refund. I have called 10 times with no answer to the status of refund. I have left messages with customer service with no return calls. I also have left 3 messages with Bern ext# 2010. Red D Transmission re-built our Ford Windstar 2000 Transmission for $2, 777 on May 2006. The transmission has now (June 2008) failed only after 40, 000 miles of driving the car. Think twice about ordering parts from these scammers. They have nothing in stock. They advertise sales and special prices on nonexistent parts. When you place an order they "source" the parts. My 2008 Chevy Silverado 4x4 has a loud knocking sound when making left hand turns and can be felt from the floor board driver side. The sound comes from the left side front break. The dealer heard the sound and replaced the steering column which of course was not the problem. They tell me they can still here it but have no clue what to look for.
