Actually this is a complaint from Beijing, China. We bought a 2006 Acura TL, which is actually included in the recalling list issued by Acura Honda recently. This Acura TL3.2 started running devotion since we bought the can and drove it on the road the end of last month. Within less ten days, this car has been in the dealer's for six times for four-wheel alignment and further checking, but the problem hasn't been solved. However, two parts have been replaced. Actually I am wondering it is a new car or an old car, after so many times of reshuffling. I ordered a 20-passenger vehicle for friends of mine to go see a concert. The initial price was fantastic and i came to find out it was too good to be true. What was initially a $300 ride from Orange County to Hollywood and back turned into a $1200 fiasco. When I cancelled insurance with the Hartford Auto Insurance I was charged a 10% cancellation fee. AARP promotes this insurance and when I asked AARP about it they told me it was in the info book provided but they did not know where. Not finding it I called Hartford and after 15 minutes I was told the info was contained on the last page of the book. I took my vehicle to Canadian Tire ONCE for service, only to have the estimated price mysteriously increase by almost %80. I asked to have all the old parts returned, and this request was noted on the work order before the service began. I rented a car from arokan and instead of doing the check on you credit card to see if you have the money required for the deposit they charged me the amount. It has now been over 7 weeks and i have been in contact with them over 20 times and they do not seem to be willing to return my deposit. The amount was for 15000 rand or 2000 euro which i am afraid that i will never see. I have tried a lot of different things to get them back but nothing seems to work. If u are even thinking about buying a policy through esurance THINK AGAIN!!! They are the biggest fricken scam! i received a quote from them for $750 for 6months all was good until 1 day after i renewed with them!!! They sent me a email through there site saying my rate was 1150 for 6months. I was paying about $140 a month for the 1st 6 months with a 2500 deductible. I had my car towed to Harry's for a diagnostic service only. The company was informed that I was repairing the car myself and only wanted the OBD2 test run. He was also informed that if the condition of the engine was bad enough, I already had a replacement, and I would just put the new engine in. They were informed of this over the phone and in person. I am not satisfied with the 45000 mile service with Wilde Toyota located at West Aiils WI. After my car service at 45000 miles, the Engine Light was on with SVC lit up on the Front Panel.I had to drive back to the Wilde Toyota Dealer immediately after I drove out of the Toyota service door . Bought a car from them for $2,000, and the car was great during the test drive. But when I went to pick it up the next day none of the dash gauges worked because the put in a new battery and shorted something, the break lights stopped working and the automatic transmission would not go in to third gear. I purchased a vehicle on the 20th of Jan 2008.$1k down payment. A week later returned to dealer due to vehicle making noises. Like everyone who buys a Land Rover we felt we were purchasing a vehicle that was top of the line. It is a 2003 Land Rover Discovery we purchased fully loaded off the showroom floor. On 10/05/07 we purchased a used 2004 Honda Civic hatchback from Power Honda of Valencia. At the time of purchase, we were encouraged to buy an extended 24 mo./24,000 mi. warranty for a used vehicle. Back in October I purchased car from this dealership. First off the car was a lemon, a week and half of ownership the car shot spark plug out of the engine causeing considerable damage. WS LEASING LTD is a car lease company located in Vancouver BC. If you visit a dealer and they ask you to submit your application to this lease company then BEWARE! WS LEASING IS the worst LEASE COMPANY. They charge high interest rates and when you have your buyout they will add on admin fees, plus plus plus. I rented an RV from Norms RV in Poway California...on check out they said I put a small scrap on the back right corner...I don't think I did it...they then had their own body shop give a sky high repair estimate of $323 and kept that out of my $500 deposite. I have never in my life had to deal with such a crummy business. They seemed so great in the beginning...until you have to file a claim. It took them three weeks to give me a check to fix my vehicle. Three weeks of having to pay to rent a car. Not only that, the police report filed clearly states both drivers were following law, it was just a chance happening and horrible weather that caused the accident...yet somehow I ended up being at fault. Drive Financial charged my daughter 20,000 for a 8000 car. Called me and family members repeatedly when payments were late. The reps need to be trained properly in customer service skills. I am complaining, because the store manager of the Express at the Sunrise Mall location was out of line, very disrespectful, and in fewer or more words, was a nut case. I've had the tires for about 2 years, and in the past few months noticed a chugging feeling when I'd be driving in idle (no gas or brake applied) through a parking lot. It wasn't noticable though at high speeds. I asked about it when I had the oil changed and tires rotated, and the technician at the Goodyear Service center told me that there was a definite "bounce" in the tire, and that it was made worse when he rotated the tires. Raymond Tire Shop in Dorchester, MA sold me a used tire for $40.00. After driving for a week the tired blew up while I was driving on the expressway. When I brought the tire back to them and informed them of what happened they said that I would have to buy another tire because I should not have driven on it if the tire was getting a flat. I was out of $40.00 and had to go somewhere else and buy another tire. They refused to work with me seeing that I only got a weeks worth out of it. Very disappointed. Bad customer service.
