The owner of this used car dealership sold my teenage daughter her first car and unfortunately it is a lemon. Told him of the leaking of the steering fluid and the gas gage that goes backward. He said bring it in. Well I did and he said he might be able to fix the leak for a discounted price. I explained to him that there is a lemon law and that we should not have to pay anything. My wife recently had a very bad experience with Advantage Rent-a-Car at LAX. She signed the damage acknowledgment form that showed pre-existing damage on the rear bumper. When she returned the car one of the workers jumped on the shuttle van and accused her of the damage, she told him it was there when she rented it and didn't have any accidents with the car. Maruthi Auto Card
I have had taken the Maruthi Auto card and referred two of my friends to purchase a maruthi aulto and gained auto points (2000). When i wanted to redeem the auto points for any service or spare parts no dealer is accepting. they are swiping the card and deducting the amount from the card instead of redeeming the points. This is nothing but fooling the customers. Pl. somebody can suggest me how to put up this issue to consumer court.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno Lxi
I bought a Maruti Suzuki Baleno in July 2005. One month back my care was not running as normal. On taking it to the Service Center i was told that the crank shaft has broken. The meter reading was 50,000 km. With the latest technology, the engines are not required to be open before 1.5-2 lac km. I am not able to understand how a car which has run only 50,000 km and has a broken crank shaft. I feel Maruti Suzuki has a long way to go to compete with the other brands available here. They really seem to be a local brand.
I would recommend everyone to think twice before buying a Maruti Suzuki car. I am really disappointed with Maruti Suzuki. read full review »

I had booked the VXi car on 19/10/2007. I was suppose to get the delivery in the first week of November as per promise from the delaer. I am yet to receive the delivery. Every time, dealer says that there are some delivery issues from Maruti and it will delivered in a week's time. Its pathetic that country's leading car company and its dealer fail to inform the possible delivery period to customer.

On January 28, while driving home from a friends house, I heard a "pop" from the bottom of my car and then lost compression in my engine. The car was struggling to idol. I limped the vehicle home, at high rpm and parked it in the driveway. Later that night, I decided to look at what might be the problem. I purchased a pre-owned Nissan from South Coast Acura in January 2007. I paid cash for the car and paid cash for a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty. In November 2007, the car broke down out of state. It was towed into a Nissan Dealer who ran the vin # and discovered no warranty existed. I contacted South Coast Acura regarding the problem. Eleven days later I still have no warranty and they will not pay for the repairs. My car is being held hostage 2000 miles away.

I purchased a Maruti Alto car (MH12 DE 4823) from Sai Services-Pune in April 2006. Since day-1, there is an irritating humming noise when we drive the car in 4th and 5th gear. I purchased a Magellan model 360 GPS in December 2006. The street names in Sebring, FL. had been changed one year earlier and they were not updated in the Magellan GPS. At sands on broadway we found a chevy blazer that she loved. But she couldn't buy it due to her age. On November 10th, 2007 I took my vehicle for regular oil change, and I also asked that some of my car's electrical parts be checked. I had a problem with my break lights switch and one of the fuses was blowing. Technician replaced the fuse, bent bracket back so that brake lights would shut off.
