Firestone service center
We took our 1997 Mercury Mountaineer to Firestone service center at 14089 New Halls Ferry Rd. for brakes, we were told that we needed a left front hub assembly. This is a two wheel drive Mountaineer and has no hub assembly. I knew that and anyone putting brakes on would see that while installing brakes. We were told that it would cost $333.40 to have repaired. I had the service person put brakes on and no other repair. BMW wants to buy me out of my car and agree to not disclose that all '6' series, meaning 645i and 650 models have a problem with the computer related to entertainment, bluetooth, and that cd's will run after motor is shut off etc. Before I agree to sign to receive the buy out and a non disclosure on Monday July 24th, 2006, I wanted to let every BMW owner of the six series to know.

My husband and I bought a used truck from owner Sam Metcalf at the above address on 4-24-06, checks cleared 2 days later, so no money owed. He told us the day of purchase that it would be atleast 2 weeks before the title was sent to us. The week of the 16th of May I called and asked and he told me we should be getting title any day. They just sent me a notice of auto-renewal which was very clearly at a rate that was not their low rate. I purchased a brand new 2009 Honda Civic at about 60, 000 miles the paint started to crack. The car looks like a boiled egg that has been droped. No peeling or chipping just cracks everywhere. These clowns are part of what some car dealers do. They promise you financing and you the customer act in good faith. You give them a deposit when asked.
After they lie to you and don't produce, they keep your deposit. This happened to me at Kings Auto Plaza Brooklyn NY. I reported them to the Brooklyn DA, that's when I got my deposit back.
I am reporting these jokers to the Westchester County NY DA's office for the same type of offense.

February 14 2011 went to Stone Mountain Toyota get an oil change which would be at no charge as I have a card which gives you the 6th oil change for free. Was told that the oil change could not be done as the oil pan and bolt needed to be replaced. That it was a very serious situation because there was a bad oil leak. I hired Safelite to fix a very small chip in my windshield. The technician looked at the repair, told me it would be no problem, took my money and began to work on my car. He never mentioned that there was a risk the repair could lead to a crack in my windshield. Three hours later I returned to my car to discover a six inch crack (now expanded to a twelve inch crack), a receipt, and a copy of their warranty which strictly limits their liability to the application of the repair cost to a replacement. We rented a car trough the internet via Transavia and pre-payed it at home with iDeal. Arriving at the desk of Holiday Cars at Gatwick Airport we found that they did not give us the car before we gave our creditcard.
We do not own a creditcard so we did not get our car. We pre-payed euro 234, 00 with iDeal. If we wanted another car we had to pay again for the rent of the car and an additional 250 pounds for surety.
