I brought a Peugeot 206 form Hyundai Constantia Kloof last year October. Before I took the car they told me that the car was leaking oil and they fixed the can belt for the 90 000km service. These guys are fraud..they gave me an available date for pick up..no one picked up my car on that day then on Friday that week got a call that It will not be picked up and as it was weekend it was there till Sunday and had to leave my car with the neighbor... I bought a Die Hard battery for my motorcycle on Saturday 3/19. Got it home and directions say add the included acid but acid was already put into battery and sealed. I thought maybe Sears does it for safety reason since it is acid. Well it turns out battery will not work on bike, cables will not connect with terminals. No communication or estimates given prior to work. No prior consent recieved on charges. Quality of work on motorbikes and scooters is embarassing. They guarantee nothing; if you have a problem then you pay twice or go elsewhere. They know there are not a lot of places with their services locally and take advantage of customers -especially young people. Company owner/mechanic took up the offer to trade services for repair work to a BMW ( a head gasket should be simple, yeah right). We provided trade work in the amount of 2200.00 (all sessions signed for) and the repair work estimate was 1500.00 to 1700.00. Car repair work was NEVER COMPLETED. DRIVE TIME is just horrible. I bought a car April of 2008, had to bring it in two days after I bought the car because it rained and I found leak in the sunroof. My car was made into a mini pool. Took it to Drive Time and they sent me to a shop to fix the matter. It happened again and they fixed it again. Two months after that, the sunroof would not open!!! The dealership is involved in unfair practices. They sell the same car to two different customers. The dealership, promise false price to bring customer in and then auction the car to the highest bidder. The money was taken out of my account on the day of ordering and I sent the required documentation driving lisence, V5 form and other personal info as required. I claim that this information is part of the product that tires-easy sells. The website says to please make sure that you show your invoice at the Installer. Was towed here by a AAA Approved towing company. I told him I wanted to go to my mechanic and he said that this service center was very close and they can just check out the battery or the alternator as the alternator looks to have some burnt spots on it.
