I bought a new Dodge Ram from these people, i also bought an extended warranty that they ran at the same time as the factory warranty so they both expired at the same time, when i called about it they said (that's just the way it is) In addition to this i paid to have leather seat covers installed only to find that there are leather inserts and the back seats contain no leather whatsoever . I also contacted the BBB and after weeks of trying to get a response the BBB were forced to close the case as they could get nothing from them, now the only recourse will be to enter the legal system. Would have returned truck or taken aok to court, but Steve wrote my bill of sale for only $1, 000 (saying this will save me sales-tax, which it did not). The rental car contracts go for 28 days, so that they can conduct oil changes and check tire tread. Sales personnel agreed prior to our making a 320 mile trip from Ohio to Kentucky on both our trade in and the price of the used 2010 Chevrolet Traverse. We took our vehicle in for a transmission flush and they said it would take about an hour so my wife and small child went to the park close by and played, an hour and a half later they called my wife and said we can not flush your transmission you have to take it to a dealer. Hi I just got a 2010 KIA Reo LX and drove it 10 miles. Then I took it back the same day and told them there is a vibration going on. Jeff Wyler service departement told me to drive this new car 1000 miles and the Vibration should go away. 3 days latter I took this car back because I did not like how it drives. I have been taking my car to Sears for a couple of years. The slow Customer Service has been getting worse each time. Today when I went to pick up my car, there were 12 people on line to see ONE Customer Rep. From 3 to 4 pm, the other reps disappeared, and even the one rep that was working was trying to figure out where everyone went. I waited an hour to pay and get my car.The price is no bargain and the service is not existent. I own a 2005 Chevy Silverado. I bought it brand new and because it was an American made vehicle, made by an American Corporation. The product does not work as I found out after using it for 30 days, so I tried to get in contact with the company with no luck. I was reading the complaints of other people and one person said you can get your money back if you called the company that does the billing. The company name is www.2checkout.com and their phone number is 877-294-0273. They can get the company to send you an RA# and after you send back the chip with delivery conformation per their instructions, wait for about 5 days and call them back with your delivery conformation number. The young gas station attendant first told me the gas hose wouldn't reach around to the other side of my car (which in itself was ridiculous, as I have it filled this way all the time, which I tried to point out to him--) but he told me to pull forward and turn my vehicle around. When I did so, he was already filling another customer's tank where I was to pull in. When I confronted him, he shrugged his shoulder and told me "Well, he pulled up."
