I purchased a second hand Scorpio 2003 model and right now it has completed around 60, 000 kms. I have spent a fortune maintaininmg the Scorpio. This year alone I have spent close to Rs 1 lac on maintenace. I find the dealer and the company completely indifferent to the high cost of maintenance. I also get the feeling that since this is the older model the company has lost all interest in this model. Is the life of the Scorpio only 4-5 years? DO NOT GO HERE This is by far the worst auto shop i have ever dealt with. I brought my truck in to get fixed, he said it would take about a week, it is now 6 weeks and it is still NOT done. The owner Harold and his brother Tony both just lie right to your face. In October Power Auto Glass came to my home and replaced the windshield on my 2004 Toyota Sequoia. This dealership is rolling back odometers and then selling the cars. Beware because they enter exempt for the title. I purchased a vehilce from them and found out that in 2008 the odometer read 182, 751 miles, when I bought the car in 2009 it regestered with 136, 00 miles. I attempted to sell the vehicle and at the time I had 151, 00 miles. When comfronted they reposessed the vehicle because I was behind about $250.00 which they told me they would work with me on. I have a 2003 Saturn Vue with a CVT transmission that qualifies for a GM 50% cost of repair warranty program. This sounds great at first then the problem pops up. The dealer that will actually be doing the work has added over a $1, 000.00 to the repair they [can not] and will not even try to explain. All I can say is I've been a customer of the State Road 7 and New England store for years and I've had it. They can absolutely not multi task at all. Would not give info on how it works till purchased. Then one realize that the device only bypasses the ignition switch part of the system and not the entire system. So, if you need the module for the key which is often the problem then this device is of no use to you. They claim it bypasses the entire system and it does not. Went to get my 2004 Chrysler Pacifica inspected and was told it was "Unsafe to Drive" due to the front sub-frame being completly rusted through. Have been told by Chrysler and Military Exchange New Car Sales that they won't cover repairs under the warranty since the car is almost 6 years old. I ordered a scooter from this company online in December 2009. It cost $4, 000, and didn't arrive for weeks. When I finally called I was told Planet Mobility no longer sold this product and so I chose a new scooter. It arrived in February and worked well for a couple of months, but gradually became weaker and weaker, until it can no longer go a half-mile without recharging. A quick summery: If one of their clients damages your car, the only way that I have found to get a fair settlement of a claim is to have your car repaired and get a cheap rental car while yours is being repaired. My car was "rear-ended" by one of their cliants. UAIC sent their adjuster out and UAIC sent me a check for $175 less than my lowest estimate on a $676 repair job.
