The last time I paid down the total times available to me which was three and then I had to pay like an extra $400 in interest. Well I couldn't pay that. I received a call from First Universal Lending after filling out a form on the internet with Lending Tree. After speaking with the person at 1st Univ. Lending he assured they will lower my mortgage payment and interest rate with Wells Fargo. I keep getting these text messages about winning something and I deleted them, I had no idea where they came from. I talked to Verizon today and found that Predicto Mobile Services was charging 9.99 a month for this! I never signed up for it and I don't even know how to do text messages. this company is a fraud. They tell you to send them money for a loan that you qualify for if you have bad credit and if you have no cosigner then you have to pay a secuity deposit for the loan. Once you pay the deposit then they are going to tell you the loan as default and that it takes 2 to 4 weeks to get your refund back and you can't call the refund department because they don't take incomming calls so really you won't get a refund back for them read full review »

We sent them contract agreements which clearly stated the pricing and payment schedule for our services which they had signed and sent back. It has been a few months since we had spoken to anyone in their accounting department who coincidentally are the only people in the entire company who can authorize payables. I am in California and was also billed through AT&T for $16.30 by Signature Market News. This was not ordered by me or my daughter. I have called AT&T to try and have these Third Party Billings blocked and they said they will place a block but can not guarantee that it will work each time. There is no charge for this blocking.
