From what I understand, Cylon, Cylon LLC (apparently named after a sci fi television show) manufactures robots to emulate characters on the tv show. PC Mighty Max, Inc. of Valrico, FL (details below) placed two pop-up windows on my computer. They wanted to sell me a computer service. I chose not to purchase their service. Unfortunately, they offer no provision to delete the two pop-up windows. I have sent them e-mails and called their 800 number. No response. Also no solution to the repetitive pop-up windows. I have a GE wash machine that I have had problems with since 2005 when I purchased it. Clothes do not come clean, I am not overloading, and the clothes still have dry spots on them when I take them out. This has been going on and I have had the GE repair come out and it's the same answer ever time, that people just do not know how to use them. Or just use warm water or put the soap right in the bin. My daughter has a Dell Latitude laptop under warranty for on site repair through July 2011. Recently I purchased a white 32gb 3GS Iphone at this store and it was defective. They told me to call up Applecare to resolve the issue. I did and all Applecare could do is give me a refurbished phone. I do not think it's fair to purchase a new phone and use it for four hours and then end up receiving a refurbished phone. We recently order, through Google Store, a new Olympus Stylus 1030SW 10.0MP, Green digital camera. When we received the camera, which was not delivered as guaranteed by the website, it was in a plain white box with a gray label that stated Stylus 1030SW Green. Each part was put into the box with the camera placed in bubble wrap and an air-filled filler to fill the space in the box. Kyocera Color MFP are piece of junk. I am a consultant and one of my client leased color 4035 last year. I purchased a Kenmore Elite Trio refrigerator almost 3years ago. It is model # 795.77563600 and cost approximately $2300. It worked fine until about one year ago. It stopped running and gave the error message ER FF. The manual was no help but after researching on the internet I found that the FF was for freezer fan.
