I bought a phone from them that was supposed to be NEW. The box it came in did not have the same serial number as the phone. The phone broken less than a month after we bought it. I had purchased the Consumer Priority Service and called them to get a replacement. I ordered a GPS holder and they sent the wrong size. They would not send the right size unless I pay shipping both ways. I sent the model number of the GPS and they still were not sure this would fit my GPS. They said I should measure it to see if it will work. I feel they have no idea what they are selling and they should have paid for shipping for the mistake. I will return the item and pay for shipping and stocking fee for there mistake. I lost my phone in a taxi when I called the company, I was told they would look for the phone but chances ofrecovery of an item left in the back of a cab were slim. After the first day convinced I would not recover the phone I filed a claim with Asurion for the replacement of the phone. I had purchased a keyboard (Casio) on16th June'09. I have hardly used it for 4 days faced some problem with the keyboard. Dealer has kept the keyboard with him for almost 2 weeks. I purchased a Samsung Delve from an Alltel store which is now a Verizon store in March. I was promised a rebate which I never received. I bought a HP laptop in April and keep crash for the last few weeks. I sent it in for repair and the customer service rep at HP said his tech said I spilled liquid on the keyboard and it would cost over $300 to fix. I did not spill anything, infact, I only use a dry cloth to clean my laptop. I ordered a Sceptre Television. From the day I got it there was a tiny red dot in the center of the screen. I was told by customer service that I could not return the TV because according to industry standards, there had to be 3 dots in a cluster or at least 8 dots all over the screen.
