After calling technical support 7 times no one is still able to solve a very simple problem. Technical support has no idea of web hosting technology what so ever. Been put on hold 30 min average each time. Word of advice if you are looking to run a web based business, you should stay away from Bell Sympatico, associated with Internet Domain Names for Business (no one will answer your calls or emails) and stay away from their hosting package called WebCenter.ca. Was due for annual renewal of norton anti-virus which I paid on-line with VISA on 7/06/09: $35.99 Rec'd my VISA statement and the charge was listed. However, when I'm online I have many windows coming up that my computer is infected with trojan and has various worms. I purchased an approved phone from Wal Mart and activated my service. Part of the plan is browser service. I was never able to access my browser and after repeated calls to their customer service department, and after requesting a new phone, which was initially approved I was told everything would be forwarded to the corporate office. I took my pc in because it was "crashed" Fry's computers held on to my computer for a week before I called to check the status of my SRO. I was called back and told that my pc harddrive failed and that I should just buy a new pc. Right after that I noticed my bank account had some fraudulent activity. Friendly sales associate sells me a camcorder that is easy to use and easy to download right to Apple computer. JVC Everio Camcorder which also takes still photos. I purchased a set of SHS 8000 headphones for their specific styling (wrap around the ear, not hard plastic, and a small earbud design).
