2007 bought a Acer/Aspire laptop package w/ printer, webcam, wireless router, to include 1-yr manufacturer warranty and Acer 2-yr extended warranty on all parts and labor - 02/2009 computer died (literally) now am told warranty needed to be registered; however, invoice shows purchase included 2-yr extended warranty, nothing in packing saying anything needed to be registered. I am an employee at one of the best buy stores in florida and I have to keep a job but I can't stand to see people ripped off. Do not shop at Best Buy. We do not care about anything but the Co bottom line.
The Geek Squad is a joke and we are not repairing any computers unless it can be fixed by putting a disk in it. Other wise we send it off. It is second nature to avoid honoring warranty's, charging for fabricated work, padding bills and outright lying to customers. cyberlink, maker of powerdvd, is not among the worst in customer support. they are the WORST. after installing the software it would not run on my pc. it gave a blank error message. I had to create an account to send in a support ticket via the web as they charge $30 for telephone suport for 60 days. Aftre several days they could not figure out my issue and had no clue. My son got signed up for a premium service on his phone that came from Mobile Messenger. The feature would automatically download at various times in the middle of the night or when he was in school without access to his phone.
I used the Mobile Messenger contact information from their rebuttal letter and got a live customer service rep. They provided an agent name and confirmation number for the contact. The agent removed the phone number from their list of customers and offered a refund which should arrive in 2-6 weeks.

F 51 appears on most of the cycles. Only the 'whitest whites' cycle seems to be unaffected. The machine stops completely. If I push the stop button, the error message goes away. If I hit the start button the machine will start again but immediately goes back into trouble. I then have to cancel the cycle, let it drain, and start the 'rinse, spin, drain cycle', but now this cycle is getting the error code. Can't say if the product works but if their 'Let us check your PC' web app is any indication - I'd stay FAR away from this and go through a computer retailer in your own region. Why? Well as this image shows - hey look - I can use this item! Just give them their money and I'm going! I just purchased one of these cameras from Adrenaline Systems on Ebay, there are several other names they go by (adrenaline cameras, helmetcamera.tv, extremeguys, etc.) but I suspect they all sell the same junk. These are *NOT* Sony ExView 580 TV lines bullet cams as advertised, I know I own many Sony ExView cameras and the picture quality is magnitude better than the camera Adrenaline Systems is pushing. 8gb flash drive and the drive failed. I tried contacting by both e-mail and toll free number. E-mails were not returned for over 3 weeks. The toll free number went directly to voice mail. The toll free number is now working.

I just wanted to say that Verizon needs to stop crippling their phones. Other cellphone companies allow their phones to have full use of the technology built into them. For example Verizon locks the GPS so you have to pay for their VZnavigator. If you have a PDA phone you cannot sync via blue tooth because Verizon locked that for use with a headset only. Other Cellphone companies will allow you send photos via blue tooth.
