I have taken my computer in 4 times and nothing is wrong with it. I have had Charter cable come out three times and it still is having intermittent connection activity problems. During the warranty period, the lens motor stopped working and got the "Lens Error" displayed on the LCD. Nikon refuses to fix the problem saying it is not covered by warranty saying it is because of the abuse since there are scratches on the case!!! Since purchasing a 2008 HP Pavilion Slimline PC a few months ago, I have had nothing but compatibility problems with it's built-in Vista Windows program. I heard about this before purchasing it, but was also told that the problem had been resolved and it was safe to purchase it. The supposed problem-solving Service Pack 1 is a total joke.
