I am regularly lodging compaint for about 5-6 months initially through telephone on customer care and later through SMS. On 8.03.08, I reeived the reply through SMS that "complaint is registered by us is under observation and we assure you that appropriate solution will be provided" . WD says that its software is compliant and compatible with Apple Macintosh. It shows their logo on their site. In fact, the stuff is NOT compatible with Apple Macintosh computers. I did not authorize Norton to renew any subscription. I have three charges on my credit card bill . One for $43.29, two for $54.11 each. This is not the first time this has happened. I bought a Fujitsu computer and everything was fine with it until I sent it in too servicing at a Fujitsu service center in Memphis, TN. From there it took me over a month to get my computer repaired and everytime I called I got a mix message and very bad service from staff. I was not given the option to escalate the call to a manager--only when I called the corporate office did it go to a manager and I still got a mix message on when my computer would be ready and never had the option to talk with the manager directly. I have bought one window a/c from Next retail shop this month. It was put to use only yesterday. Compressor of AC is making hell of alot noise. I am trying to complain to NEXT Lajpat Nagar but no one picking up phone even the salemen Dharmpal who sold the A/C is not picking up his mobile phone. For past 3 weeks I am following with him for replacment of normal remote with digital remote which is a part of regular kit was picked up the person who came to deliver the A/C. I purchased an Electrolux Split AC in May 2007. Within 60 days of purchase, the AC started giving problems with auto shutdown - though the engineers visited promptly the first time but not rectified for many months to come.
