Okay, I have a Palm Treo 680. I keep it great condition. I have it in a hard shell case and have a screen protector for it. I woke up one morning to check the time on the phone and my screen had a black smudge inside of it and nothing appeared on the screen besides that smudge. Rude on the phone about unexplained charges. Made no attempt to rectify the situation. Although not intentionally deceiving, they chose to hide how charges are made. Did not explain how they bill their customers and proceeded to charge for services that could be free if you knew that's what they were charging you for. Example: installing Service Pack 2 and subsequent updates at a rate of $45 an hour. Date is inappropriate. Anyway, for years the Canon drivers for their canoscan Lide scanners are terrible. Won't scan, if they do it's slow, often crash, at best get 2 scans before requiring a restart of the computer. I had to pay an extra $40 for a third party scan software (vuescan.) I signed up for this service that was suppose to save me between 50 and 75 dollars every month on my gas and electric bill. The first month after I received my bill it was higher not lower.
