Ordered HD TV from direct tv they sent incompetent installer who could not install hd tv after 4 hours he left called Direct tv to complain was hung up on 4 times then they said at least he was on time. Would reschedule in about 2 weeks they did not care about customer satisfaction and told me this is the real world said a manager on the phone. Told me if you drop the service i would still have to pay the cancellation fee which was equal to full length of contract. read full review »

AT&T wireless services charges their customers calling 1800 "'s from their cell phone. I had to pay $400 monthly bill after AT&T taking over from Cingular. I used to use local carrier to call overseas through their 1800 #. 1800 is meant free for the customers calling. But whereas AT&T charges even for 1800 #'s. back in june 06 they setup the plan wrong. Called them many times and everytime they said "plan is okay". Finally in Sept 07 I talked to a rep that found the problem and fixed and she backed tracked all the extra charges to come up with 146 dollars or so. She submited the credit, but it was denied because they only do 60 days back. So they only gave me credit for the past 2 months. The fridge was not cooling and the complaint was lodged in Coust Care on 18/11/07,but my complaint was attended only on 23/11/07 that to only after repeated reminders to coust care. I have given my handset for repair on 10-Sept-2007 at Nokia Care Centre, Patel Nagar and this is a L-2 centre. I had bought Motorolla C350 mobile in year 2003. Now i need to change its battery. Even after 2 months of waiting, the service center (Trivandrum) isn't able to provide the battery. Their response - this model is stopped by motorolla, and spares not available - looks totally pathetic.
