I had a Europro Steamer that failed during the warranty period. The manual gave an address in Champlain, NY, and a phone number next to it. March 30, 2011 I just want the people out there to know how bad service is will BELL. Theese guys are awful, a bunch of thieves and will always take advantage of you especially at your weakest momemt. I have (HAD) a pay as you go phone with BELL.
