The refrigerator is 6 months old and it is under warranty period. The defrost flap under the freezer was already damaged during installation of the refrigerator. Though your engineer attended the problem but he did not solve the problem properly during the installation. I bought Motorola handset L6i on 06-May-2007. In less than a month's time I have started facing problems with this handset. The key pad suddenly stops functioning - I can see the calls coming but pressing keys (either Answer/Ignore) does not work. Not able to make any calls. After several attempts to take the battery and SIM card out and again putting them back, it works some time while at other times it does not work. Dell Financial Services (DFS) repeatedly and falsely accused me of failing to return a leased printer at the end of a business lease. Our $800 Kenmore Elite washing machine died after 13 months. Since it had a 12 month warranty the Sears people didn't take any responsibility - even though we had called them 3 months earlier to report the problem (the agitator came loose from the machine and would come out when the clothes were removed). The a6000n is the second hp computer I've owned. Both of which came with no recovery discs. As advised in the hp computer manual, I created the discs myself (using 2 dvd discs). When my system crashed I was glad to have them, or so I thought. The first disc booted up fine. But the second one could not be read. Both discs were brand new with no scratches.
