Virgin Mobile kept my family without any phone service at all for FIVE days and nights. The sprint account I was still paying on was cut off completely on the first of the month and the VM phones could not be activated until the 5th, when I finally found someone at VM customer service who knew what he was doing. my dsl internet service has been out or disrupted (20) times since june 6th, 2011. They say the problem is in the (3) miles of outside lines. As of July 4th, (today) the issues still exsists. I went into Radio Shack to pay off my account, I was not able to do that becuase I did not have my husband's ss# (he's primary on acct). I was NOT trying to charge anything I was paying off my debt. Bell Mobility charged me $97 for having my phone on while in Jamaica for less than 15 minutes, and all I did was check email 3 times, no calls or text. My Virgin Mobile Broadband2go wireless modem failed on 2-3-2011. I contacted Tech Support and could not understand any of the tech's. They could not speak english!
