This organization has had lots of complaints on many levels. Recently a mother was told she couldn't nurse in a particular area of the Bounce Around. A few days later, a group of mothers were also they told that they couldn't nurse in the same area. This station is licensed to provide reception in Henderson County NC and represents that they serve this and the Asheville area. They are the only NBC affiliate in the area. Both my son and I can not receive their signal at our homes, several miles apart, in the same county. WYFF TV, the local TV affiliate has enacted a program intrusion during the Today Show where it blocks approaximately 15% of the lower screen with a ruinning banner, half of which is blank. The station has refused to return calls or respond to this obnoxiopus practice and I feel that my TV viewing by a public staion has been severely compromised. VERY misleading!!! I received an email from my credit card company about an unauthorized charge of $2.01. Through a product that I ordered, I was able to receive 3 months free of my choice of 3 magazines (which I could cancel at any time and not be charged for any months after the 3 month trial). I took my 4 children plus 2 others to your Margate establishment on Wednesday night and was discussted with the service. We all ate there and my child's dinner had to be taken back twice as the chicken nuggets where raw and was told chicken should be pink. We bought a Panasonic Tv 19th June 2008, the TV was sold with a 5 year warranty. We completed the warranty form and sent it of to Panasonic, we received a reminder a coouple of weeks ago to tell us that or 12 month warranty had expired, after speaking with Panasonic we were told that had we not had a reply in 40 days we should have contacted them, unbeknowns to us we should have read the small print. My complaint is about menu changes at Chilli's restaurants. The first major change was their chilli recipe. For years, Chilli's claimed that real chilli was made without beans. Now they have changed the recipe to where the chilli is mostly beans. The new recipe is terrible in taste and very pasty in texture. The sandwich menu has also changed. The cajun chicken sandwich, one of their best non-burger choices is no longer offered. I am reluctant to return to Chilli's because the quality and consistency are no longer there. We just got a Redbox put in our Wal-Mart and decided to check it out since it was cheap. We used our debit card and was charged correctly for 2 movies.
