Send three buyback orders in early Sept. 08. They were soon listed on the ecampus site as accepted. Then I never got paid. I sent an email. Received a rude reply saying that it would take 4-6 weeks. On the 7th week I called CS and they told me they had a backlog of buyback books and would put me on an express to get me paid. I do not believe that the roulette fixed odd machines are random.When I complained to the gambling commission they told me that I had to complain directly to Ladbrokes - how far is that going to get me ? Direct TV charges a monthly fee for each receiver you have in your home. In addition, they charge account termination fees. I did not know however, that Direct TV does not handle the continued maintenance on their receivers. If any of your receivers stop working, be prepared to fork over up to $300 each, to replace them. I purchased a 3 year extended "RepairTech" platinum warranty when I bought my 50" plasma TV from Dbuys.com. I have submitted my receipt for payment of the TV and the warranty thru my credit card. Purchased in Las Vegas, NM and after filing a complaint about them, I decided to also file a complaint in case this DVD went missing through Disney's DVD distributor. I bought a Tinkerbell DVD for my daughter's birthday at the Las Vegas, NM Walmart. It was fully shrink wrapped around the box. I purchased Registry Mechanic on-line in NOV 2007. I just noticed a charge on my credit card on Nov 2, 2008 from DRI*PC TOOS.COM 800-764-5783 for $29.95. I called the phone number and after a 15 minute wait was told that the charge was for auto-renewal of Registry Mechanic. I said I did not request auto renewal, and was unhappy that they still had my credit card number on file after 1 year. The told me they would issue a credit and remove me from auto renewal. Got a purchase for $2.01 after signing up for "free magazines" after my purchase of a used CD. I haven't gotten magazines, but I did get the charge. The charge on my card was " TWX*MAGAZINE ORDER 800-927 6427" I called the number, and it is an automated phone sex line. I called their customer service and they actually asked me for my credit card number, and my name. I gave them my name but refused to give my card information. Calls you from random and uses tricky sales pitches to fool you into agreeing to a magazine subscription, that you cannot cancel. It also seems that they will continue to send you more magazines, even after the subscription period has ended. Rates could go up, duplicate accounts could be created.
