I was about to order from these folks and something did not smell right. They were offering the "Complete Series" of Murder She Wrote for a very cheap price of $68.99. Meanwhile, I knew that only the first 8 seasons have been released so far. Seasons 9-12 are not yet available. First Red Flag!!! I am a 4 year client of Telus Mobility and never once have they disconnected my service because of a late payment. Yesterday they disconnected my service because of a late payment. I'm a busy guy and when I do make payments I make them out for $200 or so at a time so that I don't have to be bothered every month, which lasts me 3 months at a time. Skylink is the installer in my area for Direct TV. They provided me with the worst possible consumer experience I've ever had. It tops the list for horrible service. They were scheduled to install the service on a Wednesday, but did not call or show. I called several times (since I took time off to be there), and only received a voicemail. I did not get a call back. I kept calling and was able to schedule a second install date. They did not show or call to install AGAIN. We just got a bill for 276 for two receivers that my wife has documentation of each request she has written to request boxes to return them. We have had Direct TV for several years. I was not planning to renew the Norton Security on my PC for this year. When the reminder came up that my subscription was going to expire within a month, I opted not to renew. Tried to uninstall the program using their uninstall option but program did not go away. Received nearly hourly reminders of the renewal. After several days, I received an "upgrade now" message and wasn't sure if it was for my current subscription, so I upgraded and was charged as a renewal for the next year. I was sent an invoice by Scholastic Inc, for a beginning readers program that I did not authorize. I sent the bill back marked Return to Sender, did not order, thinking that there must be some mix up, my child is twenty and yes he can read. They have since sent the bill to a collection agency RMCB. I feel that this is an unjust practice. A Large Party of 15 that had 7pm reservations for a birthday party was made to wait until 8:15 before getting our reserved table. After squishing into a booth and having to pull over an extra table ourselves, our food orders were messed up and people were charged for items that they either did not order or never received. I just received what looks like pirated copies of "The love Boat collection". There are 19 dvds that look like they were straight off the television. I reinstalled my windows XP Explorer and then all the purchased utilities. No way to reinstall RegCure : Paretologic pretends I have "too many installations". I checked on Google and discovered this trick happened to many other users. I was billed 39, 90 US a few months ago .
