I received two dvd's girls gone wild that i did not order. They were charged to my visa credit card witch i have never used to buy anything from your company on line before. I was wondering how you could do this with out my permission to use my credit card. I am very upset. I can't believe that somebody could do this to me when i have never used this card before on line. They screwed up the original order. They did one tape right, apologized, then produced faulty DVDs, which I returned with the original tapes for reprocessing. They appear to have lost the precious tapes entrusted to them for transfer of reminiscences by now dead grandparents of what their lives were like and the changes they saw. My mother set up service for my sister-in-law so she could have access to internet for her job. Well they are now moving to another state. I bought tickets to a concert there and when I went to see the show, it was so oversold that I could not even find a place to stand to see the concert. Bought a Philips 37" LCD TV from Best Buy on 9/28/07. Had to return the TV because it has a defective screen - a line of pixels were out - Best Buy took care of that because it was within their 30 day guarantee. On 11/24/2007 the audio went out on the TV. It will be sitting in the authorized Philips repair shops for weeks because Philips is notorious for not being prompt with part for their service centers - I have no recourse that I know of.
