I just got my ticket for the Lady Gaga Concert in the Bank Atlantic Center in Sunrise Fl., I can’t believe that they charged me almost double the ticket price and I only realized this after I got the ticket at home since it had the real ticket prize. Actual ticket value $53, they charged $92 + $20 for processing and a $15 delivery fee. My wife received a bill many months ago for a book and I paid the bill thinking it was for a book she ordered. It turned out she did not order the book, it was unsolicited, and she was irate at being scammed. My error in paying the bill caused the company to do it again and this time she has filed a better business bureau complaint (bbb.org). My son signed up at this site for a trial for $1.00. However, he CANCELED his account and they have charged 29.99 to his bank account. Here is the problem. Many people do not look at the bottom of their page where there is a pre-ticked terms of service agreement and un-tick it prior to hitting the purchase button for the dollar trial. Well, where to even begin. I was treated like absolute *** when the restaurant itself had messed up my order. Dentrix is almost a really good dental ofc mgt software tool. Kudos on many things...BUT...what could be more basic than handling a credit card return/credit? Dentrix absolutley cannot do this.
