Customer service is a joke. I called them to try and resolve THEIR problem. The Idearc Bankruptcy was putting a hold on check payments so I was just trying to get the hold lifted off their account. When I calmly tried to explain what needed to be done to the first rep she said "not my problem, " and hung up. I called back and got rep number two. This one was arrogant, whiny, condescending, and just plain stupid. I was, mind you just trying to send them checks. After being put on hold for the 4th time, I was told off and hung up on. I just plugged my Ipod into Itunes on a different laptop to what I originally have (My original laptop has a virus). When I plugged my Ipod into the laptop and started listening to music a pop up screen appeared and said that I needed to "update my ipod software" which I clicked "ok" and carried on. It said that it created a backup for all my applications, music and photos and once the software was up and running the back up appeared. I decided to rent my home out, and called Direct TV in 2009 to alert them I would no longer be requiring their services. For all to know, this site was authorized to deduct payment from my card by Kevin Trudeau's "Free Money" info commercial 800-475-1942. Obvisously, they are relying on the fact of many to not take the steps to gain refunds. I have however contacted this site and promised to reimburse funds that have been taken. The whole neighborhood had such high hopes for this restaurant, but Amanda Freitag is no longer the chef there and it is pretty revolting. Having had several pleasant lunches at this Indian bistro, decided to go there for dinner recently. Only the appetizer and dal (bread) were acceptable. Each of the meat entrees were meagre at best and swimming in sauce. The lamb entree in particular was scant: 5 grisley bits full of fat and impossibly tough. I have been a customer with XM for years. I have two radios on my account and pay the bill every six months. For some reason recently, I have been getting calls from their collection department despite the facts that I paid the bill electronically. I return the so called collection calls and the representative tells me that the bill is paid. Can someone explain why then I continue to get the calls. The owner's son is very rude, obnoxious, and threatening to customers. He gambles with customers surrounding him and cusses (cock____, mf, etc.), accuses/insinuates that people steal money that he supposedly leaves sitting around after admitting that he spent his entire paycheck gambling. My complaint is about the movie "Karate Kid". I have watched the movie and I loved everything in it except one, I LOVE the acting of the son of Will Smith and Jackie Chan, the setting, how it was done..
