I ordered Gomer Pyle USMC complete set of 9 dvds from Planet DVD, aka Beta DVD series, on 6th April. Supposedly this was an American site. They arrived a fortnight later on the 20th April. When I started watching them it was clearly obvious that they had been recorded from TV. The recording was complete with adverts. I paid $69.90US for this set, which was $76.99AU. During the first week of January, 2010, my computer was not operating properly. The message stated that I needed an antivirus f or my computer . I went ahead and downloaded the software, just to get it to operate. the download is inferior. 2. Did not receive a receipt, telephone number, nor product ID. I give wendy's a bad review as I had been watching these wonderful marketing views on t.v. and finally about a month later went to go visit a new store in Daytona Beach close to I 95 and LPGA. First the guy who took my order was not totally there. When the food arrived I received this little package which was enough to feed my grandson, maybe. I purchased this software in Jan 2009. It didn't make a difference on my PC. What it did do was install itself and continously ask me to buy more modules. It was difficult to remove from my PC. MMCinemas, which have recently aqcuired Cinemex have these "special guest cards" in 3 levels, and I am at the highest one, which is Premium. One of their promotions is that on your birthday, you get a free pass for 2 persons for any movie on that day (which for me is April 19th) plus a free medium combo, that is med popcorn & soda plus a hot dog. I purchased a VIZIO tv in March 2009. I just opened the box to find that screws were missing to secure the base. I was on the phone for an hour trying to get this rectified. They would not make any exceptions to send me 4 screws. I know there are policies and the onus is on me for not opening the tv sooner...but come on...4 screws!
