The dog that our family contracted to receive from Heritage Specialty Dogs was supposed to be able to do a list of tasks that were plainly listed on the contract. Once I paid my money upfront, and received my au pair (who I had trouble with the moment she stepped into my home), I could not get any help with my situation. My husband bought me a puppy from this store and in addition to the sales staff lying about what came with the puppy (GPS tracking chip) the puppy I got was sick. Being as he was a pug when he was sneezing i dismissed it as a "pug thing" but it wasn't when he was coughing and had trouble breathing that I rushed him to the hospityal and he was diagnosed with pneumonia. They claimed to have found my dog in the highway, instead of checking with the houses near where they found this dog they took the dog home with them. These bottles are horrible and useless!!! They were very expensive and leaked all over the place. Ruined clothes and blankets! I have switched to Dr. Browns bottles. Cheaper and 100% better. My son (now 6 years old) had colic very bad. I wish they had the Dr. Browns bottles back then. I use them with my 4 week old and there are no air bubbles and the gas problem is almost eliminated. My partner and I bought a puppy of Trevor Hindle and his wife Tracey Hindle (nee Mitchem). She has had to be put down at the age of 2 due to major health issues. It has devastated us. She was our life. We did all we could for her but she was in so much pain that we had to let her go. We not only lost our baby but we spent thousands on vet bills.She now is buried under her favorite tree in our garden. I purchased a king charles cavalier puppy from Pet Kingdom Sept 2007. The dog was really sick with kennel cough and all kinds of parasites. I had it to three vets before they were able to diagnose the fact the the puppy had somehow survived Parvo and had no immune system left.
