so we bought a loveseat and a couch from easy life. It looked really good and we have been looking for a couch like it. My husband and I purchased this mattress on the advice of our son and his wife. They purchased their mattress 2 years before we purchased ours and they have never had an issue with theirs. the easiest job I ever seen and not even close to satisfactory and I would not recommend to anyone. They never showed up the first time scheduled and I had to call to find out why, and the job was obviously bad and I even stated it before they left. They said we'll see when it rains. Bought a top of the line matress in 8-2009, and 6 months later there is a spring pertruding out of the side of mattress and the pillowtop is completely shifted to one side. We called taft furniture and a service tech came out to view the mattress and took pics. He said for sure that is a covered warranty issue and there would be no issue in replacing the mattress. Called again on 3/10/10, and they informed me that it would never ship, because they didn't ship this piece from Canada any more! I have been purchasing Sears products for 30 years...this is the worst experience. Purchased a Kenmore 1hp Food Disposer (model #17560591 Serial # 09121012583) and the following day had a 3rd party plumber installed it. He called at least every other day to let me know that he'd be coming out and then, usually, would cancel at the last minute (usually after the time he was due to arrive). Canton put a roof on my house and left a hole big enough to place a screwdriver in which caused damage inside my house. After stating that they were unable to fix the roof, they fixed the interior wall and sent us a bill. After arguing over paying the bill they reversed the charges. When the issue happened again another contractor fixed the roof issue within an hour. I was received a quote from Mike which is willing to charge me for $99/1000 square feet of carpet. We were agreed to clean my whole house which has around 1700 square feet of carpet for $198.
