I tried for 8 months to stop my service. Always a different excuse as to why not. Contract not up or auto renew, or cannnot cancel on phone or by email . Asked for a signed renewal and they sent me basically a made up sheet of paper with no signature. I finally got a signed receipt from the mail service that the cancellation was received. Told them and they got mad because I got one. They sent a bad report to the credit beaurea and sent a letter to some of my lenders and credit accounts. Same story as above. Preheating oven when the broiler got hotter and hotter, started to smell the same odor as when teh self cleaner is engaged. That is, VERY HOT METAL !! I purchased a Sears snowblower model #536881501 on 11-4-05. We do not get much snow where we live and I have only used the snowblower approx. 20 times. About the 10th time I used it, the blade scraper and mounting base broke off and had to be replaced. Ended up buying a foreclosure rather than building with Top Choice, but actually got insight from them regarding the value and options on that house with only minor work for them. Very responsive landlord and helpful contractor, even when it ended up that we didn't build a home with them. When that expired in June, I called SCASCO and told them to take me off automatic oil delivery until I was able to cap in a rate a few months later. About 2 weeks later we got oil delivered. Stay away from DCS, I have a 48" RGS-48GD "Professional" range, I don't see what professional would use it. The F*&^&* stove was 6500 dollars, more than most kitchens or a Kia, but if you look closely at the construction it's crap. Look closely at the the large oven door hinge at the bottom of the oven. The Door slides into a internal hinge mechanism. We bought a living room set and dining room set from RTG. They put a protective spray on the furniture that we did not order. The salesman lied and said we insisted on having it. The store mgr. was very rude and demeaning...very unprofessional and simply did not care. Customer service wouldn't do a thing and said they have a no return policy. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and within a couple of days they called and gave us a refund on the protective spray. We ordered our bed and bedbase on 11/15/09. We purchased the HB Backtex P1 mattress and HB wired sleep system base. Prior to delivery we received a call from the HealthyBack warehouse telling us there is a slight tear in the bedbase, but it's minor and they'll deliver it and replace it once a new one is received at the warehouse. Horrible people. They do not deliver on time. It took 4 months before they made a partial delivery. When they finally deliver, most of the parts were damaged and some were missing.
