We bought a house August of 2009 and have had problems with the windows from day one. Our compliants have been taking lightly and they refuse to do anything about it calling it normal. we have purchased jumbo kitchen king (40) on 18/11/2009. while cooking on the second day itself we have seen small bubbles on the corners of the heat plate.Next day again while cooking we observed that the layer of some bubbles has gone .We stopped cooking as the small particles of that coating is mixing with the food particles. I have a Kitchen Aid Concerean self cleaning stove that is four years old. Within the first year switches for the elements have failed. One has been replaced three times usually I have to call Sears and remind them of the repair. When replacing the element the service man broke the stove top. I waited a month for the replacement. Had the worst time with Kwiatkowski Plumbing. I called them to clean a clogged sewer. The plumber they sent told us it couldn’t be cleaned out and needed replaced at a super high price! Called on Thursday to make an appointment to have my range repaired. - It smokes each time you turn the oven on. It's clean and has been cleaned twice. Keeps smoking. I have called Fisher and Paykel to service my dishwasher. They gave me few numbers and one of them is A&E Factory service. A&E told me that they will see me in a week waiting from 1-5. Week went by and I waited and waited and then they called me at 4:53 to tell me that they need to reschedule. Friday morning as the boiler worked intermittently, I called Pimlico to book an engineer. There was no daytime appointment available so I booked after 6pm. On Nov. 24, 2009 my father had a plumbing emergency in his building and called Drain Rescue to help resolve his problem. My father is 87 years old and speaks broken English. The technician arrived and quoted a $4800 estimate to replace 30 ft. of cast iron pipe with newer pipe along with some new ABS drainpipe. I bought a pool from these people last year. I paid $300.00 to fill the pool and the liner split. They replaced the liner but when asked about reimbursement for the water they have done nothing but string us along. We haven't gotten any straight answers and basically they think if you ignore something long enough it will go away. They don't return calls and don't respond to emails. We have owned our Bosch range for four years. During the first year we noticed there was dust in between the glass in the oven door. There is no visible opening where we could see how it got in there and there is no way for us to access it to remove it. It's kooky looking and not what you want see as you check out the roast in the oven. The vendor referred us to Bosch and Bosch advised us to get an independent tech. Midwest Manufacturing makes Mastercraft Doors and sells thru Menards. Long story short: we bgt FIVE (5) Mastercraft French Doors for new construction. EVERY single one leaked horribly. Spent 4 weeks dealing with this company to return & reimburse for approx $2k in additional expenses dealing with this nightmare.
