My complaint is about a sword that some old man gave me some time ago but as it turns out, though I'm grateful for his intentions, it was completely useless for the serious kind of sword play my lifestyle demands. Richard Mellon was hired to inspect a home we had made an offer on. He was at the home for 6 hours. Only found minor issues with home other than the obvious that we had already negotiated. After purchasing the home and while we were running cable for the house we found damage in a bath and also the kitchen that the home inspector did not report. American Home Shield sent these people to my home to fix my air. We were charged $200. for a permit that is mandatory and come to find out they never pulled the necessary permit to work on my ac unit which is illegal. They charge me $125. for disposal. I tried to order some under the bed storage containers for shoes. I had the order number, and confirmation of a charge for my account. When I went to track the order, I got nowhere. I called the only number I could find, but they could not find my order. You can bet they had the charge ready to post to my credit card. When it is finally posted, I will dispute the order. Within a few months, it started to bubble in certain spots as though it was exposed to water. While there had been spots where water came in contact with the floor; drops, water from the dogs' water bowl, those are not the affected areas. We wipe up anything we see on the floor. Com Ed sent me a letter in the mail stating that they were charging me a second deposit for service. have had this service for over a year, it has never been turned off. I bought a box spring and frame from Sleepy's in Vails Gate, NY and less than 3 months later the thing collapsed under normal use. It is clearly defective with a bulge sticking out the bottom from a weak supporting rail. They sent out their representative who took pictures and they said the manufacturer's report showed no defect and that there was a stain on the box spring anyway so they could not exchange it. We ordered an Monarch Armoire on 1/7/09. It arrived on 1/16/09. When it arrived the top was broken. We have emailed customer service I don't know how many times about it.
