I paid for tile, Cathy Andersen provided a sub-contractor named Benny to lay the tile. Three different times I requested her inspection of poor installation, Three time she set an appointment and three times she failed to show up. I paid for additional tile that she ordered and found that even though we had to wait for a matching color lot, the tile did not match what had already been installed. On October 9th 2004 I purchased a heat pump for my pool. Aquatherm manufactured it. In August of 2006 I discovered oil in my pool. The heat pump had malfunctioned and caused this mess. I purchased a bookcase from American Furniture Warehouse at I-25 & Filmore in Colorado Springs and assumed it came in a box and would require some assembly. Kmart has no permanent cone type filters for Hamilton Beach digital 12 Cup Coffeemaker that they sell there. They have the paper cone type filters, but you have to use 2 filters otherwise they break open at the bottom and the coffee block the bottom and the water doesn't come out of the filter section, it just sits in the cone area. Do NOT buy a kingsdown mattress from Sleepy's. After sleeping on it for one night, you'll know why. I awoke feeling like i'd been hit by a car. I did one comfort exchange, and the next bed was even worse. Now I'm stuck with a bed I can't sleep on. I purchased the LG Refrigerator - French Door / Bottom Freezer LG model LFC22760. On its 2 year anniversary, the door broke. It turns out there is a very cheaply made plastic part that clips to the body that keeps each side door shut. Without it, the broken side doesn't positively seal. Online, the replacement part costs $85, and includes the entire door gasket. I've never had a large appliance break in so little time. This company removed my 100 gallon tank of gas two days after I called them and requested proof of any contract that I signed saying I will use a minimum amount of propane per year. I purchased the home from a previous owner and continued on using Knowles Gas company.
