Ray's Heating and Air replaced my air conditioning condenser last year and did a very poor job. First, they replaced a 3 1/2 ton 10 seer unit with a 4 ton 13 seer unit but did not replace the coil. A couple of hours after they left from installing the system it turned on to cool off the house and we heard a loud thumping noise. I made an appointment with Mr. Michael Barabas because water was backing up into my shower and bathtub. He was extremely professional on the telephone, I therefore asked for their services. Robert Landegger of Capitol Real Estate refuses to comply with City's regulations and split the cost of a delapidated block wall bordering his property. He has been dragging this out for years. He claims the wall can be repaired. He has his contractor draw up an inflated estimate for repair so he can get 1/2 of the cost. We called Burton out to our house and they came out the afternoon of Friday May 22, 2009. They found that the controller board that controls the fan for the furnace was bad. They said they didn't have the part in stock and had to order it. My wife called back on Wednesday May 27th and Friday May 29th to see if the part arrived. Joe Hernandez is a pool builder who takes people's money and does not complete the project. He has no license or insurance although he provides you with fake copies of them. We had Karndean fitted just over a year ago now and it would appear that it is not as hard wearing as the manufacturer would have you believe. Yes, it did look great in the showroom and when it was first laid but now it is covered in small dents and scuffs and having had both the fitter and Karndean rep to look at it they have assured me this is caused by stiletto heals and not a product fault. I had an emergency when my water heater started leaking and I went to Sears and purchashed a new water heater that I was supposed to have installed as the first call of the day per the saleperson. They didn't come until 3 pm on the day of installation. The company practice is to give the customer the run around and to keep charging upgrades to the Xpress cooker client base. Fisrt I was going to be charged extra on the automated line that was advertised on TV and later the next day when I called during business hours I had to speak to a supervisor to get them to discount the price back to what was offered on TV. It didn't end there, month later they sent me extras to the Xpress cooker after they pre-charged my card. took many calls and a lot of wait time to stop this crazyness.
